Delivery and shipping


When you place an order, E-Mega Store will ship the Scooter(s) to your nearest authorised e mega store dealer. There may be a shipping charge to the customer for this so please enquire about shipping and delivery before purchasing. Once ready, the dealer will contact you to arrange pick up or delivery. If there is no dealer we can organise shipping to a suitable address upon agreement (Please note: shipping to and from your dealer may incur extra costs.)


Pick up times from your local dealer are at the dealer’s discretion and are to be organised between the customer and the dealer. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will typically be processed the next business day.

Typically, we have stock available in NZ but there are times where due to demand we run out of scooters in particular styles and colours please be aware that this may cause a delay in usual delivery time frames.

When items are available ex-stock, you can expect your item to be delivered within one to three working weeks of your order – sometimes just days. If you place a ‘pre-order’, your item will be delivered within one to three working weeks of new stock arriving in your area – we process as quickly as reasonable and practical as we want you out there riding almost us much as you do!


There is a E-Mega Store in New Zealand and online, some with Scooters available for test riding, may offer servicing for your Scooter, and answer questions you may have.
