Return and refund policy
DELIVERY TIME FRAMES
Expect 1-5 days for processing and packing your order.
If your order contains pre sale or backordered products your order will be held at packing until all items are available.
You will receive tracking info via email when your order is dispatched.
After dispatch, the below time frames for delivery apply.
Please note, additional delays may occur during New Zealand public holiday periods.

|North Island||3-5 working days (+ 2-3 working days for rural delivery)|
Shipping rates are calculated based on delivery address and products purchased, please see checkout page for charges.
We take every effort to ensure the quality of our products, and that your purchase arrives to you in perfect condition. Should you experience a problem with your order, please email the team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our utmost to resolve the issue.
We cannot offer a refund for a change of mind, but can provide a credit note to be used at E-Mega Store only.
If within 30 days of purchasing you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact email@example.com.
All returns are made at the customer’s cost. We recommend using a track able return shipping service.
Shipping fees are non refundable.
To be eligible for a return or exchange your item must be in the same condition that it was in when you received it.
Refunds/credit notes will only be submitted once we receive the returned items in their original condition.
Please note we can only refund if goods are deemed to be faulty.
