The Traverse MD (mid-drive) is an affordable electric mountain bike in NZ that has been proven on trails up to grade 4 and Tour Aotearoa (North Cape to Bluff). Consumer NZ praised the Bafang M400 motor on the Traverse mountain bike, saying:
